Located on the small unspoiled island of Culebra Susie's offers a rare treat. Experience our Creative Menu in which Native Puertorrican cuisine fuses with influences from other tropical areas around the world.
We focus on freshness and rely on local produce using native fruits and herbs to make zesty vinaigrette's, pestos and sauces.
Fresh King fish,Tuna, Mahi Mahi and of course, beautiful spiny Lobsters are often on the menu depending on availability!
All our cooking is from scratch from our Curried yucca soup to our Island mash!
The atmosphere is casual and romatic with comfortable air conditioned seating inside or cafe like seating outside next to the canal where Tarpoon ( Sabalo) fish usually swim up looking for a treat!
